Our 2-Hour Production Sessions are scheduled once a month and are an accessible, cost effective and a quick turn around option for social enterprises, start ups and not-for-profits who want to start creating visual content.

In 5 easy steps, we will produce together and deliver a set of images and video shot in a lifestyle studio.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This one-time offer is valid for April, 2023, only for set date.

This offer is dependent on the 5 time slots being booked and confirmed. Offer is void if less than 5 slots are booked. Available timing slots are: 8:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 12:30-14:30, 14:30-16:30, 16:30-18:30

This offer for In-Studio video and photography has certain location, cost and timing limitations as to what can and can’t be captured which will be discussed during our Pre-Production calls.

Production planning is offered at reduced cost as part of this offer.

A studio partner has been confirmed for this session and location costs are at reduced cost as part of this offer.

Customer products and spokesperson to be supplied by customer. Certain bases and colour backdrops are included as part of the lifestyle studio.

Please come looking like your best self. Hair and make up, styling, wardrobe, etc, done by you.

Pre-Production includes up to 2.5 hours of project management in the form of meetings, calls, correspondence, & consulting on subject matter to be covered, scripts, interview questions to be recorded, and products to be featured.

Production includes a 2-hour session with videographer and photographer in a lifestyle studio on pre-determined and agreed up on date. Video, audio, photography, lighting equipment provided. A pre-determined set of video and images will be taken over the 2-hour period of time. If any additional requests are made, this may cause overflow into the next customer’s time slot and may not be possible.

Post-Production includes video editing and photo editing. 2 rounds of consolidated feedback from your team for the following steps: 1st draft, 2nd draft, Final deliverable.

Video editing includes editing the footage into a video of up to 90s video and a 30s cutdown. Additional outputs once filming and photography has been done will be cost up separately.

Photo editing will include photo cropping and basic retouching.

Rights of final video and photo outputs belong to the customer. Vitamin Change retain the rights of source files and project files. This can be requested ahead of time and a special cost can be negotiated.
